If you get stuck on an episode go back to the brain dump to get your juices flowing.
Schedule time in your calendar to dedicate to brain storming and scripting. Treat the podcast launch a job and honor the time and schedule commitments.
Scheduling
You can do this at your own pace - the above are suggestions when navigating work, family, and personal commitments while launching your podcast.
Show cadence (how often you're posting episodes) should be manageable and consistent. If you can't commit to weekly episodes consider a bi-weekly or monthly cadence while you build your platform!

Never be afraid to reach out to someone you like on social media - they like being out there already. Just ask them if they would like to join an episode!
